They got back to my very quickly. I am told that if I want a refund I have to return the items to CHINA at my own expense. It also says in their Terms and Conditions that the items must Not be opened or used. How on earth are you ment to try the stuff if you can't open it!! A complete scam. It also says to contact them before trying to get a refund from your bank or PayPal. After the first very quick response I have heard nothing in the last hour or more. Typical!!
