This service is not even deserving of one star. I ordered shoes for my two children for the holidays, and they arrived yesterday from overseas (clearly substandard) with such poor quality that I wouldn't even consider giving them to an animal. I am preparing to take legal action for false advertising, as they are clearly aware, based on prior feedback, that they are deceiving customers. Now, just four days before the holidays, my boys will be without shoes. This is why I intend to escalate this issue and put an end to such practices.
