I put the amount there, wanted to pay - it just turns out "error".I write to support, they answer: verification is needed. When passing verification, the site itself substituted the data from the autofill in the surname field, and it was impossible to go back. I sent the passport data, more than three days have passed, and the payment was needed four days ago. The money is frozen, the payment has not been made.Support behaves frankly rudely, they demand passport data again, although I have already sent them, they do not provide any help, even when they are provided. They don't want to return the money, and they don't want to delete the account with my data either. As a result, it's a waste of time, money, and a lot of nerves.
