i created an account, and played one session where i won 1000euro, they told me i needed to kyc so i could withdraw which i did. They then didn't tell me anything else and 24 hours later i hadn't had my money. Logged into check and they had ban my account without telling me. When i asked what was happening they asked for more kyc and then told me they are keeping all of the money not just the winnings and refused to say why.They said they can take all player funds at their discretion and players agree to this when signing up to them
