My 2 stars represents an ongoing issue I’m hoping to get resolved and depending on those results I will adjust my score accordingly, hopefully to a higher score!I received my delivery in good time so have no complaints there, but the issue I have is that the package delivered has been slashed open by what I assume to be a stanley knife as the cut has gone deep enough through to slash into my order of shinpads/socks inside the bag.I attempted to get in touch through the website but kept telling me there was an issue so I emailed them. Ive been waiting since last week for a reply to my email requesting a replacement as this was intended to be a birthday present to my son, now missed it unfortunately. But I still want his present as they genuinely look a good product.I’ve seen people receiving a response to there TrustPilot reviews within hours (which makes me wonder why they can’t reply to my email) but hopefully I will get a response here too.Please 🙏 Order #13384818/11/25Just re-emailed the pictures
