I had purchased built in Shin pads for my grandson, but they were too short and needed to re-order in time for Christmas to Australia. I emailed Flair and explained need to return and re-order. A Lovely lady named Casi responded almost immediately and offered me 25% disc of my new order and didn't have to return the ones I had originally ordered.This is fantastic customer service and was extremely grateful. I highly recommend Flair.
