Very disappointed, we attended Seven Stars, Eccleston on Christmas eve as a group of 5, we found a vacant table and spent the afternoon there drinking and spending as you do however before we had the chance to buy dinner we were told we would have to leave by 1745 as they had taken our table and booked it out whilst we were sitting there!It transpired that when the party of 3 came in they knew one of the staff.Disgraceful customer service and shoddy treatment, we have used this place for years but I doubt we will be back any time soon.Cracking business model you have there....
