We absolutely love our wall hanging fire from Flamme. We had newly decorated our living room and the grey surround fitted in with our colour scheme. The many variations of strength and colour of back lighting along with choice for laying out the log effects gives you the opportunity to have a change around. Yes there is a bit of noise if you use the heating but to be expected. We primarily only use the fire for the glow and it creates such a warm effect especially in the dark winter nights. We did have one or two questions when we made the purchase but they were quick to respond and also we should say that both the fire and surround were so well packed when received. There was no problem fitting it to plasterboard. We would highly recommend this company not only for the quality of the fire but also their after sales service.
