I honestly wish I could give Flannels zero stars. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
I ordered a large amount of clothing, spending a significant amount of money, and clearly requested for the parcel to be delivered directly to my home address. Instead, it was delivered to a drop box without my consent.
When I went to collect it, the drop box wouldn’t even open. After trying multiple times and getting nowhere, I later found out the parcel had gone missing altogether. So not only did they ignore my delivery instructions, but the package I paid a lot for has completely disappeared.
To make things worse, their customer service has been beyond disappointing. They’ve refused to take responsibility and will not issue a refund, despite the situation clearly being out of my control.
I’m now out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Absolutely unacceptable service from start to finish. I won’t be ordering from Flannels again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before spending their money here.
