Spent more than £50000 on Flannels last year. Everything is fine if you purchase in store. Their online channel is very disappointing especially everyone in shopping online in this day and age.
1. Their online products always come with hard security tag even I found a security tag inside one of the 3-packs boxer in a box. Why would someone open the boxer and attach a security on it?
2. Paid for next day delivery service, sent with dpd never arrived on time and lost the parcel twice. Paid for normal delivery, sent with dhl and arrived next day. Maybe try get rid of dpd and sign a new contract with dhl
3. The app is really not user friendly, even H&M can show the stock available in store to give customers a choice to purchase directly instead off paying £11.99 for nothing delivered
