I ordered a large box of bottles for an event, and their website promised delivery in 3-5 days (over a year ago). Ultimately, the bottles arrived after 12 days, far too late for the event. The delay was not due to the local delivery but because they took about 5-6 days to assemble my order. I also reached out to their support team but received no response even after 2 months. It's quite risky, and there is no support available. They even disputed my review, claiming it was slander instead of addressing my concerns.
