Thieves! They signed me up for subscriptions I did not consent to and charged an additional £12.71 to my account. I contacted them and they said they would refund the unauthorised payment. They never did and then, 4 weeks later, they’ve taken another £8.99 from my account. I am tech savvy and very used to online shopping and I did not knowingly sign up for any subscription! Besides this, the item I ordered took weeks to reply and delivery was delayed due to a ‘national postal strike’ (according to their email) that we didn’t not have. AVOID!!!!!
