Disappointed with the service. I had a 7-day free subscription. After 5 days, I realized the app wasn’t worth the cost for me. The platform stated that you could cancel your subscription anytime. However, when I attempted to delete my account, the button instructed me to email support. They responded two days later, and I ended up having to pay the full amount.
