Flashify initially sounded fantastic with a representative presenting a beautiful model for us as investors. I didn’t hesitate to make a purchase for two machines. Trouble began after paying the fee. First, there were miscommunications, and calls were scheduled but not followed through. They took my money, set up an account on a communication platform, then claimed that was how they would communicate. This was misleading; they delayed responses and refused to provide updates. I received communication about potential locations for the machines, but after sending over 40 follow-ups, I never heard back. They took my money and ghosted me. I will be filing a consumer report against this company.
