Phenomenal selection, service, e-commerce, and shipping. They were the only seller in the country that had what I was looking for (Spanish vermouth). They also had a great selection of single malt, sherry cask aged, Japanese whisky. Their system caught a shipping issue and we resolved the problem the old fashioned way… by phone! Then my shipment arrived more carefully packed than all but one out of over a thousand bottle shipments that I have previously received.
