The team managing my rental was friendly, patient, and informative. They provided excellent follow-up and went the extra mile to assist me with various tasks that I found challenging. The office was professional and accessible. The landlord reached out to me and added me to a group chat with other tenants in the property. However, the bed in the room was not satisfactory. I hope the landlord will address this issue when needed, and I would appreciate that.
