They went above and beyond to assist me with various tasks that I found difficult to handle alone. The office was both accessible and professional. The landlord also took the initiative to contact me and included me in a group chat with other tenants in the property. However, the bed in the room did not meet expectations. I hope the landlord will be willing to address this issue whenever necessary. I would appreciate it.
