He took the time to thoroughly explain how the company works and guided me step-by-step on how to use the payment system.
The session was very informative and easy to follow. He answered all of my questions patiently and clearly, and he also showed me exactly how to access support if needed in the future. His knowledge and ability to explain everything in a simple, understandable way made the whole process very smooth.
