I wish I'd checked these reviews first. I ordered some shoes weeks ago and they of course immediately took the money. I waited and heard nothing, so 10 days later I chased up to see what had happened to my order, when I was told (after waiting 3 days) that their stock hadn't synced correctly and they were in fact out of stock of the item I selected. I checked the website back the next day... still listed as in stock. I replied to ask them to double check on this and let me know what my options were. That was some days ago and still no response. The response time on their customer service is really poor.
