If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. They process card payments days after you pay and then charge ridiculous overdue fees. $131 late fee for paying on the night my card was due. The account balance was $240. Try to call them and you keep getting told you'll get a call back. They never call back. You have overseas customer service with poor English writing emails to you but no one will call you to explain what is going on. This is possibly one of the most unethical and difficult companies I have ever dealt with.
