BDM support was excellent throughout, however, the process has been quite painful on recent applications with excessive documents requested compared to other Ltd Co BTL Lenders. The restricted legal panel can drag out the legal process as the requirements are far more excessive than other lenders.However, Josh Parker & Helen McNamara were extremely helpful on a number of occasions - I would still recommend Fleet to clients in the future but would not use Fleet for an urgent or complex case. Recent background changes seem to have had a negative impact on the application process.
