Be very careful before renting from Abdul and Yasmin.They actively push customers to leave five-star reviews before you even receive the car, which is misleading and does not reflect the real experience.After return, they inspect the vehicle with what feels like a magnifying glass and then charge excessive fees for the smallest issues. They also immobilise vehicles and apply penalties for minor issues, including parking disputes, which leaves customers under pressure to pay immediately.I have rented from many companies over the years, and this has been by far the worst experience. The practices feel designed to generate extra charges rather than provide fair service.Please read the other reviews carefully and make your own decision — but based on my experience, I would not recommend renting from this company. . The way reviews are handled feels more like a marketing exercise than a true reflection of service quality. Negative reviews receive replies, but in my experience, no meaningful action is taken to resolve the issues.please stay away.It is also my personal belief, based on what I have seen online, that this operation may be connected to several similarly named rental companies operating from the same area (including Pace Rentals and others linked to Freshwater Lane).
