In General

In General, the company Service is ok however, I had to go to the company office at different times for pco and other things which is 12 miles away from my house. At the same time, there was an electrical fault system on my car that have to be solved, instead of solving the problem, I had been given different wrong informations by different staffs, eventually the system's fault is solved now and as my understanding it was an easy job. The Second reason, I didn't recieve any call from the Office until my car MOT is expired and because of that, Uber stopped me from working for almost 3days, so It would be great if the office of the company improve these kind of mistakes. I also Appreciate some of the staffs, because they are friendly, Specially the receptionist "Celina" is amazing and she does her best to satisfy customers with a good approach, lovely smile and by offering tea & coffee etc.
