So far, so good. I am coming to the end of my rental with SimpleSelfDrive and my experience thus far has been exceptional. The day I picked up the vehicle, they had explained the entire rental process and were able to adapt to my insurance needs. When going over the vehicle for any damage everything was highlighted very clearly, so when the vehicle comes back in I have sufficient evidence to not be charged anything else.They have a dedicated WhatsApp business number which makes the process simplistic. I can just text my concerns over and is sorted out promptly.The only concern, however, I knew when signing the contract is that I live in West London. Coming in for service could be tedious due to it being a 30-mile drive. It would be lovely if there were service partners across London to allow a little more flexibility. This does not happen often, and does not take away from the amazing experience.
