My daughter recently purchased a car, and while the salesman was great, the service manager was quite arrogant. After a few weeks, the engine management light came on, and although initially addressed, the issue persisted. When we returned, the service manager was dismissive and condescending, insisting that warranty jobs don’t have warranty. His attitude was frustrating, and I hope management addresses this behavior, as it detracts from customer service.
