I should have looked at these reviews before I used this company. They accepted a flower delivery order in Egypt few days ago that is yet to get delivered. Few days later they emailed me asking me to pay an extra 10 euros because according to them the location was far?? Then an email telling me the address was not accurate which was not true. Valentines has gone and no flowers. I just asked them to refund my money asap since they have failed to fulfill the order. I won't be using them again. I have never had an issue with flowers deliveries with other companies in the past or even attempting to charge more days after accepting the order. I just need my money back as I am ordering with another company.
