Worst service ever! Too many movies that should be in English are dubbed over in another language. You ask to have a movie/show added never gets done. Service will all of a sudden go DOWN and no response whatsoever when trying to contact customer service. Everything they advertise is all BS!! Do NOT,,,.and I REPEAT!!!….DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE. ITS DOWN FOR THE SECOND TIME THIS WEEK AND NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE PAST 24 HOURS!! When they finally do respond? They telly you to delete and reinstall with a new code so you lose all your saved shows and movies. NO WARNINGS AHEAD OF TIME EITHER!! We have tried MANY different ones in the last few years and this is by far the worst for customer service. Tide for first place along with our last one tried.
