This is the worst training service available. Communication with the team after booking the course is virtually non-existent, and if you try to reach customer support, you'll only encounter a recorded voicemail. AVOID THIS SERVICE.
The trainer presented the Train the Trainer course in Moving & Positioning exceptionally well. The information provided was comprehensive and delivered effectively over the two days. The trainer made everyone feel at ease from the beginning, clearly outlining what we would learn and how it would be taught.
The service is unresponsive. The reporting for the Care Certificate seems nonsensical. It's odd how everyone appears to have been online for 48 minutes. The results from my team are concerning, showing consistent access times that raise questions about their validity.
I attended a Train the Trainer course led by a knowledgeable and professional trainer. The relaxed teaching style made it easy to absorb a significant amount of information without feeling rushed. It was a great opportunity to refresh my teaching skills, and I would highly recommend this trainer to anyone.
