Bought a treadmill beginning of December supposed to be delivered by Christmas. Item never arrived even though email says it was delivered. There is no tracking number only website information claiming delivery had been made. There is no phone number to call so I emailed the company and also used the website's contact information to follow up. Received email asking me to check with neighbours for delivery despite no evidence of any attempt at delivery being made by video camera or any missed call card. They said would refund and to get 5-7 business days. 3 weeks later I’ve chased them as not received refund or the missing delivery. Now to contact my bank!
