Just to echo everyone else on here. I had the same issue, package didn’t arrive, after chasing they said they’d send it out again via next day courier, but it still didn’t arrive, after Christmas passed I requested a refund which they said they would action within 5-7 business days, when that didn’t appear I chased again and have heard nothing since. For info - I am with Barclays. I disputed the transaction on the app. When going through the process, it prompted me to ‘block the recurring payment’ that has been set up! (I had no idea!). Barclays have refunded me my money within 3 hours! So worth looking into with your banks if you didn’t pay on credit card. Robbing bastards!!
