This service has been the worst experience I've encountered. Debits appear in bank statements but are missing from their records, leading them to claim 'default' and hastily send your account to a collection agency with an inflated balance. When comparing their records to actual bank statements, there are discrepancies. The figures seem exaggerated and inaccurate. Ultimately, the calculations don't add up, and small businesses face aggressive tactics and additional demands. After informing them I had legal representation, they promptly initiated legal action against me. Exercise extreme caution and keep detailed records of all interactions. Looking forward to court!
