I have had my product for a while and am close to the end of my contract, but every time I log into my online account to check my balance, it varies from day to day. My payment was deducted yesterday as usual, and when I checked my balance, my payments were current since it's set to auto pay, showing an early pay off of $19.06. However, when I called the next day to settle it, my account suddenly shows a past due balance of $2.00 and my early pay off amount has increased to $75. How can this happen? I attempted to contact customer service, but it just states that no one is available to take my call and then disconnects. I will not be making any further payments until someone thoroughly reviews my account and provides a clear explanation.
