Flickr is still, by far, the best place to store and share hi-res images. I have used it as my primary image service for over 15 years, and it served me reliably for most of that time. After a few years of Yahoo mismanagement, it is now owned by SmugMug, a small photography company. They make money from photographers, not ads. Most importantly, they are not part of the Tech Bubble. Most of the reviews here at Trustpilot are from those unfortunate souls who ran into some kind of problem with Flickr. Not to diminish their experience, but what you don’t see here are the thousands of users who joyfully use Flickr every day.
