I am unable to login to my Flickr account since receiving an email saying that my subscription had been paid and was valid until January 2020. I cannot get a password reset as when I try it states my email is not valid. I have five years worth of photos on the Flickr servers and have paid for a service I am unable to use. The worst thing is that I have tried to contact Flickr directly by email using their Help form half a dozen times over the last few weeks and have received no reply. I understand there might be some kind of issue, but to not reply when I'm apparently some kind of special Pro member (which I've paid for!) really gets me angry.
