If I could rate this lower, I definitely would. This has been a complete disappointment. I initially lost around $100, then added another $100, which I grew to about $120. After exchanging over 20 emails to retrieve my $120, I feel like I'm just being led in circles. The list of misleading practices is far too extensive to detail here. I'm ready to give up on the $120, which speaks volumes about how frustrating this service is. I’m convinced this is part of their strategy. Avoid at all costs!
