This has been the most disappointing experience I've ever encountered! If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. It took six months and two different agents to finalize our group booking for a wedding abroad. Email responses were delayed for weeks, and the service was inconvenient for international guests. Flight prices were almost double what we found independently, and I felt ignored and frustrated throughout the process. Their response to my issues was inadequate, and I felt that the service provided no value for the cost. I will never use this service again and have shared my negative experience with others.
