I was very nervous especially with reading so many negative reviews. I don't normally write reviews but I want to praise Scott. He did everything he said he would. He walked me thru the process. My 2 complaints with my interaction with flightforall are 1) the price rose significantly from what I originally believed to be my price for airline tickets. I still do not understand the reason for the increase. 2) I did not like the waiting I had to endure to get my confirmation. With that said, I did get my confirmation, I did save money from the price it would have cost me going directly with the airline, and as I stated earlier, Scott did a good job with a very skeptical person. Thank you, Scott. Also, Scott was very patient and kind to me and even helped me after I received my confirmation to add my trip to my Southwest app so I could attach my Rapid Rewards number.
