Initial price advertised was not what I had to pay (more than double)After taking my money and confirming my flight, Airline changed original booking date but Flightoworld do not allow refunds so had to accept either alternative date or pay more for a different airline. :(. Read the small print before you bookCouple of day prior to my journey, Jennie Smith called to confirm my flight was still OK and was very professional so she improved my overall experience with the company - although I would definitely think twice about booking again.
