If there is a possibility to put zero I wil do it.Terrible experience – I do NOT recommend this agency.I purchased a flight ticket on 12 February 2026 and received a confirmation saying my e-ticket would be issued within 48 hours. After waiting, instead of sending the ticket, they told me I was on a “waiting list” because it was a promotional fare. This was NEVER mentioned during the purchase.I contacted them many times, and each time they said they would call me back in 30 minutes or 2 hours. They never called back. Their customer service is completely unreliable and unprofessional.Now my flight has been effectively cancelled, and they are talking about a refund while ticket prices have increased every day. This has caused me stress, uncertainty, and financial loss. It is unacceptable to sell tickets, confirm them, and then fail to issue them.This company gives false confirmations, does not communicate properly, and does not respect customers. Be very careful before buying anything from them. I strongly regret trusting this agency.
