What a CON/SCAM artist!!!!Stay away from this Flightoworld !Last week, I saw air flights (Air India) to the Far East with an attractive price of ~£400 each passenger and booked 2 x air tickets and paid by Credit Card.Quickly I received their email which stated in their Booking-Confirmation email that"This isn't your E-Ticket; We will be emailing you within the following 48 hours."After 24 hours I received a phone call from Flightoworld, saying that these tickets were not including LUGGAGES both Outbound and Inbound and said "so if you want to have/bring LUGGAGES then you need to pay an EXTRA of £300 for each passenger!".I said I wanted to cancel this Booking,They SAID I cannot cancel it after 24 hours and said these are in their Terms & Conditions.I quickly replied to their Booking email: +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++You stated in your email that "This isn't your E-Ticket; We will be emailing you within the following 48 hours."I am looking forward to receiving my 2 x E-Tickets by Tues, 30 Dec 2025 at 15:52.If I do not receive my 2 x E-Tickets by 15:52pm tomorrow/Tuesday, then You are not providing the service that you promise to supply and THEREFORE you are going to cancel this booking and cancel my Credit card payment in full of "£798.64".+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Then after 48 Hours, I still not received any E-Tickets, I emailed them as bellow:+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Following your email to me last night and the 48-Hour already had now passed BUT I still have not received my 2 x E-Tickets !!!!!You did not delivered what you stated/promised:"This isn't your E-Ticket; We will be emailing you within the following 48 hours."You are wasting other people's time!AndI am very disappointed with your service!I already mentioned in my last email to you that:======================================If I do not receive my 2 x E-Tickets by 15:52pm tomorrow/Tuesday, then You are not providing the service that you promise to supply and THEREFORE you are going to cancel this booking and cancel my Credit card payment in full of "£798.64".======================================Therefore this booking is now CANCELLED and you refund me my Credit card payment in full of "£798.64".+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Then they called me and offered me tickets with LUGGAGES for Extra of £260 each passenger.I refused and asked them to reply to my last email.Then they replied and confirmed the CANCELLATION of this Booking.My message to ALL is below:This is how to deal with this CON/SCAM artist!!!!
