I was given a price for a flight the next day, later one I got a call from them, stating that the price I paid was for a basic ticket which the airline apparently did not have a space for it anymore.I was the requested to add over £240 for the same itinerary which was very inconvenient for me and cost me alot more than I would've gotten directly through the airline. The prices were misleading and left me with no choice but to book it as the refund was going to take long before it's issued.
