Jennie Smith from customer service was very helpful and polite but would i use this company again? I’m not so sure. They lure you in with the promise of cheap flights but then contact you a couple of days later saying these tickets aren’t available, thus having to pay more to confirm the tickets. Dont get me wrong i did think the original tickets for a non stop flight were ridiculously cheap so wasnt surprised to have to pay more. However i am quite happy with the price we’ve ended up paying so time will tell if i use this company again.
