I booked a flight through their website and was given a "reference number" with the promise that the ticket would be confirmed within 48 hours. After waiting and receiving no confirmation or e-ticket, I called their customer service multiple times. Every time, I was told to “wait another 24-48 hours,” which was just an excuse to delay action.More than a week passed and still no confirmed booking or proper response. Their representatives were evasive and unhelpful. I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of this business. It feels like a scam – they take your money, provide no service, and avoid accountability.Thankfully, I recorded my calls as evidence and am now seeking legal advice. I strongly urge others to stay away from Flightoworld.uk – don't risk your time, money, or peace of mind.
