I attempted to book a flight through Flightoworld.uk. The transaction remains pending with my bank, and I have not received a confirmed e-ticket.I contacted the company to request a cancellation, but they refused and insisted I wait. They continue calling me with offers I do not want. I clearly stated I want the transaction cancelled, yet they ignore this and delay.This is unacceptable and misleading. If no ticket has been issued and no service confirmed, the customer has a right to cancel.I have raised a dispute with my bank and will escalate this to Resolver UK and trading standards if needed.
