May agent Maria was exceptionally helpful. She found me several options, by several airlines and all with a great price. One feature she offered I found extremely helpful since I was initially somewhat concern that Flightportal had only very few reviews. Maria told me that it is because they started recently serving general public, before they were serving only tour companies or club groups, etc. She told me that when I select an airfare option she will get me a code (as well as the tickets number) so that I can go to the actual airline website and choose the seats. Only after I confirm to her that I finished seats selection she would get info for my credit card and charge it for the airfare! After that she sent me a PDF attachment with all my E-tickets printable. Btw, there was a small charge for choosing the seats in economy and premium class but not for the business class. Flightportal automatically offers a ticket protection costing 7% of the total ticket costs but that option can be deleted at the time of actually accepting the charge to be put on your credit card.I had a complicated airfare having outgoing flights seats in business class and in returning flights seats were mixed some in economy and some in premium.Even after I paid my selected airfare Maria helped me modified my return date and selected appropriate flights I asked for (flight departure from Prague to be at noon or after) without any extra charge. I think that any changes or even a cancellation of the whole airfare within 24 hrs she can do for either a full refund or making the appropriate changes without any new cost, unless the new chosen flights or seats are more expensive.If I could I would give Maria 5stars+. thank you Maria for your great service.
