We booked the American tour to Philadelphia, Memphis, New Orleans and a cruise thinking it would be a comprehensive package-it was not. All they did was book flights ,cruise and maegre hotels with no thought to connections. The first hotel was 15miles from airport where we arrived at 11pm with no transfer. The hotel was ten miles outside Philadelphia as was the hotel in New Orleans. And the hotel in Memphis was in one of the more dangerous areas where we were advised not to walk at any time. Support before we left was poor and difficult to get. Fortunately we hired a car for the entire trip which saved us hours in taxis and hundreds in costs. I am sure noone had ever made the tour and therefore left it to the client to sort out. Very disappointed and will never use F&P again--others beware what is offered as it would have been easier and cheaper for us to book everything ourselves.
