TERRIBLE/APALLING/SCAM Do NOT book with them. Even if you're lucky enough to get a ticket issued by them, they will mess up your ticket info and the airline will not allow you to fly. They managed to enter my partner's name incorrectly on the airline's internal system. The ticket we had been provided by them, his name is entered correctly, which is literal proof that i entered his name correctly. THEY missed out a part of his surname and then for reasons i could not fathom, were not able to change it while we were at the airport. We were not allowed to fly. No refund, had to book new flights. Absolutely disgusting. It is beyond ridiculous, I mean how incompetent can you get, your only job is to enter the information exactly as the client writes it. That's it. They could have copied and pasted. It also took days to receive the ticket. We had less than 24 hours by the time it arrived to book a hotel and prepare to travel. I had to call them 5 times to just receive the ticket i had paid for. Thank God they sent it through because it's evidence that the name error is completely their fault, not ours. Will be suing for SURE. STAY AWAY from them, it's not worth the stress
