Negative stars are more appropriate. I never leave reviews but hoping someone else will read this and it will save them from what we went through. Booked a trip for my boyfriend to travel from Augusta to Vermont because the pricing was great and he could fly from our hometown for the same price as other sites were charging if we flew out of Atlanta or Columbia. This is when the nightmare begins. Was informed that the online pricing was no longer available and they tried to give us a price of much more than what was advertised with their reasoning that we were still getting a good deal based off regular airline ticket prices. I said that was false advertising and they came down to about $80.00 more than the original quote which I thought was fair so decided to proceed through with the booking of the tickets. The person I dealt with Jenny Smith seemed very nice, but all she did was extend empty promises. Was informed that we would receive an Eticket the next evening. Never did. Called the next morning. Was told same thing again, should receive ticket within an hour. Didn't receive until later that afternoon. Everything seemed legit. Got up next morning and arrived at airport at 5am and was told that the card used to purchase the ticket was not valid. He missed his flight. Called back and spoke with Jenny again and she apologized and offered to put him on a later flight that same day and would credit our card back $100 for our inconvenience which we reluctantly accepted. Was told would have the new ticket in an hour. Finally received 5 hours later, 3 hours before the flight. He was able to board his flight with no issues. For the return flight, was told same thing that the ticket would be sent 48-72 hours before the flight. Never was. Had to call several times to get return ticket to be sent. Once i received the ticket I checked with American Airlines to confirm the tickets were good and was told they were. Fast forward to his return flight on yesterday, he arrives at the airport which was over 2 hours away from where he was visiting and was told that his flight had been cancelled, that the tickets had been paid for then cancelled. So, he again missed his flight. Was told they could book him for an evening flight. He had no choice but to sit at the airport for 6 hours because there was only one more flight that day for where he was traveling to. Again, was told ticket would be sent in an hour, took almost 3 hours to get ticket. They did not honor refund they said they would send. They did not value anyone's time or care that they have caused missed flights and time out of other people's lives for their negligence. This is most definitely a SCAM operation, and I really hope this helps someone else from not going through the same nightmare they caused us. Edit, After leaving this review I called back to check on the status of said "refund". System must recognize phone number because they would either pick up and hang up or pick up and immediately put you on hold and never answer. Called from another number and they immediately answered. First guy said "oh refund has already been processed but can take 7-14 days". Fast forward about an hour later I get a call from Jenny now saying "oh we just processed it today and you should receive it within 24-48 hours". Of course that hasn't happened but in the same sentence I was asked to remove the negative review from the site.
