Booked tickets as they were advertised cheaper than other companies. Didn’t say anything about a promotional price or that your check in luggage was not included. So no e- tickets to date have tried fobbing me off with upgrades or paying for luggage separately. This was another means of taking more of your money and not delivering. A total scam. Avoid this company completely.
