I've sent more than six emails with screenshots proving I can't cancel my subscription, but the only reply I get is a generic message asking me to cancel. There's no genuine customer support; they just keep trying to charge my account. Be cautious. Even though the service claims to operate under a credible company structure in Delaware, their team might be located outside the US.
